In order to apply for a LETTER OF GOOD STANDING a company must have 12 digit reference number starting with 99. We facilitate this for you.
WHAT WE DO
- We apply with COIDA and get your 99 number.
- Once COID has raised a Notice of Assesment, you are notified and the outstanding is paid to COIDA directly.
- Once the amount has been paid to COIDA directly, your Letter of Good Standing will be issued.
- We will send this to you.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Your company documents.
- All directors ID's
- Your COID forms which we will supply
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- We submit your documents to COIDA and they draw up a Notice of Assesment of your annual fees.
- We will send you the amount due to COID, if any. This is paid directly to COID and not to us.
- Once all fees are paid we will request a Letter of Good Standing immediately.
- We send you your LOGS within the specified time frame
You will have your Letter of Good Standing in no time!
ANNUAL FEES DUE TO THE COMMISIONER
The annual fees payable at the Compensation Fund need to be up to date and successfully submitted. In case that your fees are not up to date, we will send you the information you need to settle your account with the Compensation Fund .We cannot continue with the Letter of Good Standing until the assessment has been paid in full.
Note that if you have an outstanding fee, the COMPENSATION FUND will charge you these fees in addition to the services that we offer.* Do not pay the assessment fees into our account , these are paid to COIDA directly.
