All businesses who employ one or more employees must register for COID and acquire a Letter of Good Standing. Once your COID Letter of Good Standing registration has been completed, we will send you a COID  registration number. All COID reference numbers start with 99........., also called a CF number. Your CF number will be used to generate your COID Letter of Good Standing.

There are very few exeptions to the rule. Exceptions to COID only apply to mining and steel occupations. These are dealt with by Rand Mutual Insurance Fund

1. We contact COID on your behalf.
2. We facilitate your COID and/or Letter of Good Standing request.
3. We keep the paperwork and admin to a minimum 
4. We make sure that all your COID Letter of Good Standing requirements are met and that you are in Good Standing.
5. Once we receive your Notice Of Assessment From COID and you have paid COID directly, your Letter of Good Standing will be issued.
